We have outlined the criteria adopted for batching students for December month.

1. IT Stream :

Greetings! We are happy to announce the release of the next round of the batching letters for the IT stream of 2016 graduates, whose on boarding is scheduled for December 2016.

The leader board for November 2016 joining has been arrived at basis business requirements and your performance in Tech Lounge

Your Tech Lounge scores & completion status as on the 24th October - 10:00 AM was taken as is and was used as the basis for arriving at the leaderboard

(Please refer to the below stream wise cut off scores)

We will keep you updated on the availability of Reset functionality on Tech Lounges. This is with reference to the December month batching.

Aspire and Tech lounges continues to be your opportunity and window to a participatory early on-boarding in TCS. So, keep scoring your miles and join us fast!


Business Critical Batching:

We are committed to evolve our processes to drive positive changes and we are happy to inform you that with effect from August 2016, we have one more category of batching called the Business Critical Batching.

This would be purely for the students who were the toppers from Code Vita and similar flagship contests and were hired by TCS. For this category, we may reduce the Aspire & Techlounge cut off for on-boarding.


Communications on batching for students mapped to SAP (Java Tech Lounge) and EntSol tech lounge streams would be provided shortly.

TCS ILP Batching criteria adopted for the Dec month 2015 - IT Stream

 #Jobber Notification : 

The Joining letters for IT for the month of December 2015 have been released as on 20-October-2015 The aspire cut off score used for arriving at the leader board for December batch is 3195 miles which is in line with our business requirements. 

Tech lounge access for the students who are batched will be provided on 22-October-2015. To redo a course and improve upon the current Aspire score, students may make use of the "Reset Functionality" available in Aspire.


The next cut off date is 14-December-2015, 8:00 AM


                           


Note: The Reset functionality will be available for students only if they have completed at least one quiz before the previous deadline i.e. 15-October-2015 


Aspire continues to be your opportunity and window to a participatory early on-boarding in TCS in the coming months. So, keep scoring your miles and join us fast !
